Our Values

How we work

We act as owners

Our commitment to financial sustainability reflects the core values of acting as owners. Guided by this value, our actions produce exceptional properties that are the best in their class, rendering the business above reproach a worthwhile investment.

We enjoy doing things differently

We constantly seek ways to develop greener and healthier buildings for globally impactful and locally relevant climate action.

We care for each other

Our core value of caring for each other was further manifested through our efforts in providing coping initiatives during the pandemic, which included the following:

  • Expansion of the employee healthcare benefits to include COVID-19 related in-patient services
  • Launch of accessible support programs that seek to help people adjust to the “new normal” and lessen the impact of social isolation on mental health
  • Establishment of 24/7 telepsychiatry consultation services for issues relating to mental health
  • Implementation of the “Scale to Fitness” program, an incentivized health improvement program focused on encouraging our employees to stay active and healthy

We only go for the best

We maintain fairness and equality in our dealings with employees. Reflective of our core value, “we only go for the best,” we practice qualification-based hiring and assessment, providing equal opportunities to all our applicants. Their capabilities are measured based on merit, ability, competence, experience, good employee track record, and appropriateness to the position. We do not discriminate based on gender, race, religion, and the like, observing equal and fair treatment to all the applicants.

We always work with integrity

The adherence to the highest standards of sustainability, measured and verified through globally recognized and locally relevant green building certifications, is clearly established as a norm for all of Arthaland’s developments

We have fun while getting things done

The company values a positive and productive work environment where employees can enjoy their work while also achieving results. Encouraging fun and creativity while getting tasks done.

We work together to get better

We support our employees’ professional growth by providing training and development assistance through internal and external training, seminars, and conferences. The majority of the topics for training and webinars that we provide and participate in are intended to increase our workforce’s literacy in sustainability.

We always strive to delight our customers

Cebu Exchange and Savya Financial Center, two of Arthaland’s largest multi-certified sustainable projects, were operational in 2022. Both projects successfully initiated handover to its extremely pleased buyers in accordance with pre-pandemic handover schedules.

Women in Arthaland

As we strive for gender equality and women empowerment, we feature 4 female Arthaland employees who have played an instrumental role in the company’s growth

Sheryll P. Verano

As a member of Arthaland’s senior management team, I am very appreciative of the company's workplace culture because it allows me to fully express my ideas and contribute significantly to the company’s growth while also supporting my other roles as a mother and wife outside work.

Leilani Kanapi

Vice President- Strategic Procurement Head

As a member of Arthaland’s senior management team, I empower others by encouraging them to rise above challenges. I believe that the right mindset, guided by integrity and the correct principles, will outweigh one’s expertise.

Samantha Pobre

Head of Sustainability

I am grateful for Arthaland’s empowerment in this success. Arthaland taught me that even a young female professional like me could forge a path for the Philippine real estate market to achieve certified Net Zero projects and help advance global goals.

Cyrene Pamela Go

Project Marketing Unit Head

I am grateful to Arthaland for giving me a voice in the company and encouraging me to be the best version of myself. Being able to utilize my skills and talents fully, I feel greatly empowered.
