• Oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection scopes and appurtenances for construction.
• Monitor project progress and operational readiness.
• Review and study project documents including estimates, design drawings, specification, and contracts.
• Complete and manage all RFI’s, change orders, submittals, and etc.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
• Facilitate technical decisions in-line with project needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, licensed
• Minimum relevant experience of 8 years
• Construction background with extensive experience on vertical developments (mid-high rise buildings)
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Must be familiar with regulations pertaining to design and construction (Building codes, Fire codes)
• Must be familiar in construction materials both traditional and new innovations, specifications and acquisition
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Must be willing to be assigned in Binan, Laguna
• Familiarity with construction / project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership skills
• Willing to travel to Laguna
