Description

  • Manage project inventory movement and statuses
  • Acceptance of sales reservation including review of complete reservation documents
  • Booking of accounts including review of complete booking documents
  • Generation of periodic reports
  • Handling of post booking customer requests for change in name/unit/payment term
  • Handling of various customer queries and its resolution
  • Handling of seller-initiated customer communications
  • To be assigned in Manila (2 candidates) and Cebu (1 candidate)

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in SAP from reservation to booking of accounts, MS Office
  • Can work efficiently and producing accurate output even if strict deadlines
  • Keen to details
  • Easily comprehends instructions and guidelines
  • Adaptable to different work and social behaviors
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good numerical analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable in sales contract provisions, creation and review is a must
