- Welcome and greet all residents and guests upon arrival.
- Provide basic and accurate information about the property and its policies.
- Assist clients in securing transportation services when needed.
Security & Access Control
- Maintain security by following registration procedures and controlling elevator access.
- Monitor and respond to requests through the Building Management System.
Call & Complaint Handling
- Answer and screen calls before transferring them to the respective departments.
- Handle complaints and concerns, ensuring proper follow-up until resolved.
- Consistently provide feedback and updates to residents regarding their concerns.
Coordination & Reservations
- Accommodate resident and guest requests and communicate them to the respective departments.
- Take reservations for amenities and coordinate all necessary arrangements.
Mail & Package Management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and packages for clients.
Facility Monitoring & Office Administration
- Monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of the lobby and reception area.
- Check and coordinate office supply needs with the Concierge Supervisor.
Customer Experience & Efficiency
- Ensure speedy and efficient service to all clients.
- Maintain a polite, patient, and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
