Marketing & Branding

  • Supports the execution of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with branding and communication strategies.
  • Aids in building brand equity and maintaining positive brand perception for assigned projects.
  • Contributes creative ideas and market insights to develop compelling value propositions.

Leads Management

  • Assists in executing and reporting on lead generation efforts in coordination with Project Marketing Solutions and Area Sales Directors.
  • Supports project milestone events in collaboration with the Project Marketing Solutions team.

Marketing Operations

  • Ensures all project marketing assets are approved, disseminated, tracked, and maintained according to company standards.
  • Prepares briefs, memos, and presentations as needed.
  • Manages marketing collateral, renderings, photography, and video assets for assigned projects.
  • Updates project pages and articles on the company website in coordination with Project Marketing Solutions (Content).
  • Prepares documents for regulatory applications, including the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Ads Standard Council (ASC).

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Prepares reports and participates in cluster meetings.
  • Coordinates with creative and media agencies, as well as suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.

Research & Customer Analytics

  • Conducts market research to determine requirements for existing and future projects.
  • Analyzes customer data, market conditions, and competitor information for assigned projects.
  • Researches new project launches and real estate industry trends.

Qualifications

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, advertising strategies, and promotional planning.
  • Experience in market research, customer analytics, and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to manage marketing assets, brand materials, and digital content updates.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.

Career Level

Open to fresh graduates. Experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or a related field is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Management, Business, Communication Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
