• Reviews and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Conducts case studies, research for presentation purpose
• Inspect project on Site to ensure that structural and architectural aspect are being implemented according to approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare progress reports on QA/QC
• Coordinates with different department to resolves issues or any concerns on quality of works.
• Prepare and collate manual for QA/QC standards.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications

• Construction background with at least moderate experience on vertical developments (mid-high rise buildings)
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Must be familiar with regulations pertaining to design and construction (Building codes, Fire codes)
• Must be familiar in construction materials both traditional and new innovations, specifications and acquisition
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Must be willing to be assigned in Binan, Laguna
• Familiarity with construction / project management softwares
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, licensed
