Land Acquisition & Feasibility Studies

  • Assist in land acquisition and preparation of project brief components.
  • Develop feasibility studies and prepare financial models to assess project profitability and financial feasibility.

Project Coordination & Monitoring

  • Coordinate with different departments and external groups to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and disbursements to maintain financial efficiency.

Research, Compliance & External Relations

  • Conduct research and secure necessary permits and legal documents.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in community and government relations, managing correspondence with key contacts.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in finance and operations.
  • Effective communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills to handle external partnerships and agreements.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and balance priorities.
  • Ability to present confidently to large groups and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and communication apps (Viber, Zoom, etc.).
  • Candidate is expected to lead and manage processes and cross-functional teams.
  • Must align with ARTHALAND's Core Values, Vision, and Mission Statements.

Career Level

Must have at least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. Expected to grow into a leadership role and manage projects independently.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate management, Business, or any related related field.
