Construction & Site Inspection

• Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure that structural and architectural aspects are implemented correctly.
• Monitor compliance with construction codes, fire codes, and industry regulations.

Project Coordination & Documentation

• Conduct case studies and research for project presentation purposes.
• Prepare progress reports and updates on project milestones.
• Coordinate with various departments, contractors, and suppliers to resolve project-related concerns.
• Attend contractor and supplier meetings to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure materials and procedures meet industry standards.
• Monitor compliance with QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Stay updated with new construction materials and innovations to improve project quality.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction/project management software.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with building codes, fire codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for effective coordination.

Must be willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.

Minimum of at least 4-5 years of experience in vertical developments (mid- to high-rise buildings). Strong construction background with expertise in structural and architectural execution.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed Civil Engineer
