The country’s leading green developer, ARTHALAND, has been recognized once again for its commitment to sustainability after its follow-on offering of Series F Preferred Shares received the award for Best Sustainable Preferred Shares at The Asset Triple A Sustainable Finance Awards 2025 held last March 19, 2025, at the Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong. This recognition underscores ARTHALAND’s continued leadership in integrating sustainable finance into its business strategy and real estate developments.

The Company successfully raised ₱2.5 billion through this Series F preferred share issuance, with an initial dividend rate of 7.326% per annum. The proceeds will fund Project Teal, a 3,700 sqm sustainable two-tower, high-rise residential condominium that will carry the high-quality standards and sustainability certifications of ARTHALAND projects. This project will complement ARTHALAND’s multi-phased sustainable developments, ensuring a steady pipeline of master-planned, eco-conscious projects over the next decade and beyond.

This marks the fourth time ARTHALAND has listed its preferred shares on the Philippine Stock Exchange. Since its maiden offering, the Company has strategically acquired new properties, launched innovative projects, and consistently completed them on time. Over the past five years, its total portfolio has grown nearly fivefold, reaching 456,000 square meters of gross floor area, with each best-in-class development upholding the highest sustainability standards.
