Applause echoed as Diep Nguyen-Van Houtte, Senior Manager, International Finance Corp (IFC), and Prashant Kapoor, Chief Industry Specialist, Climate Business IFC, handed over the prestigious EDGE Champion plaque to our very own SVP Oliver Chan. Alongside him were the incredible Kristina Samantha Pobre, Head of Sustainability, and Anne Lictawa, Sustainability Manager.
Being the first developer to certify a net zero carbon building in the world is an achievement we are incredibly proud of! We are dedicated to making a positive impact, and as an EDGE Champion, we have committed to certifying 100% of our real estate portfolio with EDGE certification. Together, we are shaping a greener future!
