ARTHALAND named among Top 10 Developers at Hubexo Asia Awards 2026

ARTHALAND, the country’s foremost green developer, was named one of the Top 10 Developers at the Hubexo Asia Awards 2026 held recently in Makati City. Formerly known as the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards, the annual program recognizes leading developers, architects, and contractors across six Asian markets. Developers are selected based on the aggregate value of projects under construction during the previous calendar year, with sustainability efforts and green building ratings also considered.

The recognition highlights ARTHALAND’s commitment to sustainable property development, exemplified by Una Apartments, its residential development in Biñan, Laguna, targeting the mid-market segment. Located in Sevina Park, the first and only masterplanned community in Southeast Asia to achieve Platinum certification for both LEED for Neighborhood Development and LEED for Homes, Una Apartments offers a living experience that is one step above, combining high-quality finishes and superior design with sustainable and wellness features.

Designed by Leandro V. Locsin Partners, Una Apartments comprises three towers offering studio and one-bedroom units with balconies and select furnishings. Its sustainable features are designed to help reduce utility bills by 20% and improve indoor air quality, supporting residents’ comfort and well-being.

ARTHALAND was also delighted to share the spotlight with its design partners, Casas + Architects, Inc. and Visionary Architecture, Inc., both named among the Top 10 Architects at the same awards ceremony. Casas + Architects, Inc. serves as the Architect of Record for Sondris, a premium, multi-certified green residential development in partnership with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia), rising along Arnaiz Avenue in Makati’s Legazpi Village. Visionary Architecture, Inc., on the other hand, designed Liv, which is ARTHALAND’s residential development in Katipunan, Quezon City, that combines sustainable features and thoughtfully designed spaces to support residents’ evolving needs and everyday lives.
