ARTHALAND’s green developments now more accessible through BALAI BERDE

ARTHALAND’s green developments, known for having the highest standards for excellence in design, high quality, and focus on sustainability and wellness, are now more accessible and affordable to a broader market segment through the BALAI BERDE program of the National Home Mortgage Financing Corporation (NHMFC). BALAI BERDE is a Housing Finance Program designed to increase capital allocations for green projects that contribute to environmental sustainability and resiliency to climate change and natural disasters. It is the first program among the government’s Key Shelter Agencies (KSA) under the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).

The loan is open to everyone as long as the property they are planning to purchase is qualified under the BALAI BERDE program. It comes with a lower, annual fixed interest rate for as low as 3% percent depending on the term of the loan ranging from 5 to 30 years. Homebuyers may borrow up to 100% of the appraised value of their property.
