Advancing digital infrastructure in commercial real estate: global ratings system, WiredScore, comes to the Philippines

06 November 2024, Manila: WiredScore, the global company behind the internationally-recognized digital connectivity rating platform for real estate, announces its official launch in the Philippines, further expanding its presence across Southeast Asia following successful regional entries since 2022. 

As part of this launch, the company has named Araneta City (ACI Inc.), ARTHALAND Corporation, Daiichi Properties, Menarco Development Corporation and NEO as the first property owners and developers in the Philippines to pursue WiredScore certification for their buildings. 

The Philippines is now the seventh Asia Pacific market in which WiredScore operates, with buildings undergoing certification in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, and most recently, India.
