Liv lets buyers step into their future homes before they are built

For many homebuyers, one of the biggest challenges when considering a pre-selling property is imagining what the finished home will feel like. Liv, ARTHALAND’s newest residential development in Katipunan, recently addressed that challenge through an immersive property showcase that allowed prospective buyers to step inside full-scale representations of future homes and experience the spaces in a more realistic way.

Held at Bigger Pictures in Mandaluyong City, the event transformed the studio into life- sized one-bedroom and two-bedroom unit layouts using projection technology. Instead of simply viewing floor plans or scale models, guests could walk through the projected spaces, explore room configurations, and gain a better sense of how the units would function in everyday life.
