Eluria Signature Experiences Features A Day of Luxury, Elegance, and Refinement with Dior Beauty

Arthaland’s VIP clients were treated to a day of beauty and wellness at the elegant Eluria Show Suite courtesy of Dior Beauty. The event was part of the Eluria Signature Experiences campaign which is a series of immersive events that aims to give future residents a glimpse of the Eluria lifestyle. Eluria is the latest prestige project of Arthaland in partnership with ARCH Capital that will push the boundaries of sustainable living. It is envisioned to become one of the most exclusive residential addresses in the metro, having only 37 limited-edition units for a development of its size.

The Eluria Show Suite at the 6^th floor of Arthaland Century Pacific Tower was transformed into a French luxury salon just like those you see in the movies or in fashion magazines. Soft hues, floral arrangements, and a delightful floral scent complemented the Eluria Show Suites’ spacious and elegantly designed interiors. Upon entering through the floral arch, the discerning guests marveled at how one’s future home could be so luxurious and relaxing at the same time. They were also very excited to be among the first to discover the one and only serum that blocks aging at its source – the new Dior Prestige Le Nectar Premier.

Dior Beauty had a lot of fun and personalized activities planned starting with asking guests to create their own Eternal Rose Dome to reveal their creativity in coherence with the Dior Prestige Le Nectar Premier. This was followed by a masterclass and product testing wherein a Dior Skin Expert introduced Dior Prestige Le Nectar Premier and offered a unique and personalized way of testing the whole range of products. Last item on the agenda was a Dior Skin Scanner one-on-one consultation to discover one’s recommended Dior Prestige beauty routine.

The key ingredient in Dior Prestige Le Nectar Premier is the Rose de Granville, which is cultivated in a sustainable and traceable manner in the Dior rose garden in Normandy. Similar to Arthaland’s other developments, Eluria will feature its own Potager Garden. This lush garden will be dedicated to cultivating organic herbs and vegetables, providing residents with the opportunity to acquire fresh produce at prices below market rates. The revenue generated from these sales will be reinvested to maintain and support the flourishing garden.

To provide the highest level of comfort and convenience, Eluria raises the bar with personalized white-glove butler services courtesy of internationally trained Hospitality Directors. These Hospitality Directors will undergo an intensive training program at The International Butler Academy (TIBA) in the Netherlands. For utmost privacy, there will just be 1 to 2 units per floor, with unit sizes ranging from 287 square meters to 578 square meters for the Penthouse Suite. Residents will have direct and secure access to their unit through private lifts equipped with destination control RFID technology. Amenities include a two-lane heated saltwater leisure and lap pool, an indoor children’s playroom, a function hall, and residents may also avail themselves of complimentary chauffeur shuttle services to select nearby destinations.
