Arthaland's Illumina: Honoring Brilliance and Excellence at the 2023 Brokers' Night

Arthaland, the country’s foremost green developer, recognized and showed appreciation to its hardworking brokers through the 2023 Arthaland Brokers’ Night dubbed Illumina – Drive for Excellence. “Illumina” to shine a light on the brilliance and dedication that each person brings to their roles as brokers while honoring their commitment to driving excellence in everything that they do. Wherein driving for excellence is not merely about achieving outstanding results but rather a mindset and a way of life. It is about constantly pushing oneself to go above and beyond in pursuit of greatness while becoming a shining example of positive change.

“A big thank you to all our brokers for your unwavering dedication, commitment and trust. Rest assured that you will always have Arthaland’s support, and we will be together in this drive for excellence. There is much cause for celebration as during the first half of this year we have already surpassed by a whopping 30% of our sales target for 2022,” said Oliver L. Chan, Arthaland Senior Vice-President.

To kick-off the festivities, each of the 130 brokers – with over 40 of them coming from Cebu where Arthaland has a strong local presence courtesy of Cebu Exchange and Lucima – received a fortune cookie which contains bespoke giveaways. 20 lucky qualified brokers also had the chance to win a luxury watch of their choice via an exclusive raffle draw. And to add to the glitz and glamor, Arthaland gave out prizes to the winners of the Best Dressed Male and Female Award, the Style Star Male and Female Award and the Social Media Star of the Night Award. Entertainment was provided by the Manila Tron dancers and a special performance by the rock hitmaker, Rico Blanco.

The star of the night was Carolyn Lim who received a brand-new Lexus IS 300H from Arthaland for having reached a total of Php500 million worth of booked sales during the first half of 2023. Arthaland is upping up the ante for its incentive program for the next half of the year by offering a Studio Unit from Una Apartments for the broker who can reach a total of Php 1 billion worth of sales across all Arthaland projects from July 1 to December 31, 2023. To close out the celebration, Arthaland presented everyone with a lighted pin to commemorate their commitment to the concept of “Illumina.” The pin symbolizes the passion and purpose that drives people to excel. It serves as a reminder that achieving excellence is not a one-time achievement but a continuous journey. It also serves as a beacon of light, reminding us to constantly strive for greatness in our work, interactions, and lives.
