Lucima, on the other hand, is a 37-story development at the corner of Cardinal Rosales Avenue and Samar Loop in Cebu Business Park. Done in partnership with ARCH Capital, it is envisioned to be the first quadruple-certified sustainable high-rise residential condominium in the country.

It is also the first high-rise residential project vying for International Finance Corporation’s EDGE Zero Carbon certification in Southern Philippines, proving that ARTHALAND can raise the standards of residential developments. It features 261 one to three-bedroom living spaces ranging from 38 to 128 square meters. Each unit boasts a high floor-to-ceiling height of 2.9 meters, and residents can enjoy a view of the ocean, the mountains, or the city.
