Green developer Arthaland, and Swedish home furnishing brand IKEA, have made significant strides to promote a sustainable future.

IKEA focuses on affordable, sustainably made products and home solutions that help people live a more sustainable life at home. In celebration of the second anniversary of IKEA Pasay City, IKEA is giving away a fully furnished sustainable home from Una Apartments.

IKEA Family members who will spend a minimum of Php 10,000 both in- store and online are entitled to a raffle entry, which allows them a chance to win the grand prize of a studio unit at Una Apartments at Sevina Park, Binan Laguna.

The unit (Shown in photo) is worth over Php 7,000,000 and furnished with IKEA home solutions. Minor prizes of home makeover packages worth up to Php 100,000 will also be given away.

The raffle will run from November 20, 2023, to January 31, 2024.
