Real Estate Developer Arthaland Held A Groundbreaking Ceremony Today

Real estate developer ARTHALAND held a groundbreaking ceremony today, September 8, of its newest residential condominiums in Biñan, Laguna.

Una Apartments at Sevina Park are mid-rise condominiums built in a neighborhood estate dedicated to green and open spaces.

Sevina Park is the country's first and only mixed-use community to achieve LEED Platinum certification for Neighborhood Development and Homes categories.
