Property developer Arthaland Holdings Inc. said it expects to generate P14.1 billion in sales from its mixed-use two-tower residential development, Liv, along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City.
The company broke ground on the project on Tuesday, April 21, a milestone that marked “the beginning of a new era for sustainable and connected urban living in Quezon City.”
“The groundbreaking brought together ARTHALAND and Ateneo de Manila University, whose presence underscored the strong partnership between the two institutions. More than a ceremonial milestone, the event highlighted their long-term collaboration to advance shared goals of sustainability, improving accessibility, and better opportunities for students, families, and the wider community,” the company said.
