Arthaland’s Eluria and Miladay Jewels Set the Stage for a night of legacy, elegance and rarity

Eluria, the latest prestige project of Arthaland in partnership with ARCH Capital, that is envisioned to be one of the most exclusive residential addresses in Makati, served as the perfect backdrop for a dazzling exhibition of fine jewelry made by the esteemed Filipino company, Miladay Jewels. The exhibit is part of Eluria’s Signature Experiences, which is a series of immersive events that will give guests a glimpse of the Eluria lifestyle with its 37 bespoke units. It seeks to highlight the importance of building a legacy that promotes a positive impact for future generations.

Apart from marveling at the elegant and timeless jewelry on display, guests had the distinct honor of taking a tour around the Eluria show suite The show suite brings to life the contemporary treehouse concept of Sydney-based FMB Architects that was developed from the pressing need for high-quality, vertical living spaces in our cities. The indoor garden, which will be present in all of the 37 limited edition units, together with the elegant design, craftsmanship, and sustainable features, exudes a feeling of tranquility, spaciousness, safety and privacy.

For utmost privacy, there will just be 1 to 2 units per floor, with units ranging from 287 square meters to 578 square meters for the Penthouse Suite. Residents will have direct and secure access to their unit through private lifts equipped with destination control RFID technology. There will also be a separate service elevator that opens to the unit’s service area, fire exit, and valet box. Amenities include a two-lane heated saltwater leisure and lap pool, an indoor children’s playroom, a function hall, and a Potager Garden at the roof deck. Residents may also avail themselves of complimentary chauffeur shuttle services to select nearby destinations. The pick-up and drop-off area is in a secluded part of the building for added security and privacy.

The guests also got to meet some of Eluria’s Hospitality Directors who will be ever present to provide future residents with the highest level of comfort and convenience through premiere concierge and personalized white-glove services. Carefully selected for their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills, these Hospitality Directors will undergo an intensive 10-week training program through The International Butler Academy (TIBA) in the Netherlands. TIBA is the finest and most innovative butler service training institute in the world. Historically, they have trained butlers for prestigious clients, including royal families, high-net- worth individuals, and luxury hotels and resorts.

Eluria is located at the heart of the country’s premiere business district along Rada Street in Legazpi Village, Makati City.
