Una Apartments wins Sustainable Residential Development award at Asia Pacific Property Awards 2026–2027

ARTHALAND’s Una Apartments has been recognized at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards 2026–2027, winning the Sustainable Residential Development award for the Philippines category. The award recognizes outstanding property developments across the region that demonstrate excellence in design, innovation, sustainability, and overall development quality.

Located within the 8.1-hectare Sevina Park estate in Biñan, Laguna, Una Apartments is envisioned as the country’s first multi-certified mid-market residential development.
