Cebu Exchange Phase 1 on schedule for turnover

Physical construction is at 67% completion. Concrete and structural works are on the 39TH floor of the High Zone as of August 2020. There are more than 800 workers on-site to ensure that construction targets are met.

Cebu Exchange Phase 1 Turnover is targeted to start on September 2020.

HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES FOR OUR SITE PERSONNEL

Our sites are closed quarantine zones that ensure the controlled circulation and strict health and safety of all personnel moving through the project sites. All personnel must undergo mandatory rapid testing before entry and are required to stay within the living accommodations provided on-site while working.
