Cebu Exchange Phase 1 handover ongoing

The building is at 75% completion as of December 2020. There are more than 1,000 workers on-site to ensure that construction targets are met.

Since September, handover to office and retail unit owners of Phase 1 of the Cebu Exchange is ongoing.
