ARTHALAND recognized as Best Sustainable Supply Chain of the Year

ARTHALAND, the country’s foremost green developer, has been recognized as the Best Sustainable Supply Chain of the Year at the 2026 Supply Chain & Logistics Summit (SCLS) Excellence Awards. The recognition highlights how ARTHALAND extends its sustainability efforts beyond its developments and into the way it sources materials, works with vendors, and manages its supply chain.

Through its Sustainable Sourcing Program, ARTHALAND considers environmental, social, and ethical practices alongside cost and quality when selecting vendors. The program aims to build long-term partnerships with suppliers that share the company’s commitment to sustainability and encourage better practices.

ARTHALAND has enhanced its vendor accreditation process to categorize suppliers and build a database of Accredited Sustainable Vendors. Vendors are assessed based on their ability to provide green or sustainable products and their alignment with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which address the three pillars of sustainability: people, planet, and profit. As of its 2026 submission, 20% of its current suppliers had been identified as Sustainable Vendors, with a target of reaching 50% by December 2026.

The program also supports ARTHALAND’s efforts to address Scope 3 emissions from purchased goods and services, as well as transportation. It targets 90% vendor engagement by 2030 and a 90% reduction in Scope 3 emissions by 2050.

These efforts contribute to the company’s goal of decarbonizing its portfolio by 2030, while helping transform the built environment and create a Life Built for Tomorrow.
