Arthaland breaks ground of Savya Financial Center

ARTHALAND recently launched the Savya Financial Center (Savya). Situated at the northeastern corner of ARCA South, Savya is a grade A, mid-rise office condominium with a fully integrated retail component. It is designed and built with leading-edge sustainable building features, enough for the structures to be registered for dual certification in both the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and the Philippine Green Building Council’s BERDE. These sustainable building features, combined with world-class building design, are meant to deliver function with form.
