ARTHALAND and Ateneo de Manila University forge strategic partnership to support student-athletes and advance Sustainable Development Goals

ARTHALAND, the country’s foremost green developer, and Ateneo de Manila University have formalized a landmark partnership to support student-athletes' holistic development while championing shared goals in sustainability, education, and nation-building. As part of the agreement, ARTHALAND has donated ₱5,000,000 to Ateneo de Manila University to fund initiatives of the various sports teams of the Ateneo Grade School, Ateneo Junior High School, and Ateneo Senior High School, benefitting over 900 student athletes across 15 different varsity sports. Part of the donation will also be used to support hosting several athletic events such as the Ateneo Cheer Rally, Ateneo Athletes Night Awards, and the Blue Eagle Bonfire 2026.

In addition to its direct contribution to sports development, the partnership highlights a mutual commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It supports SDG 4: Quality Education by promoting access to inclusive and equitable learning opportunities through scholarships and training programs. It advances SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being by enhancing physical and mental wellness through improved athletic facilities and health initiatives. And lastly, it aligns with SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals by fostering collaboration between the private and education sectors to drive long-term, sustainable impact.

ARTHALAND is expanding its footprint northward with a new sustainable residential development directly across Ateneo’s Loyola Heights campus, further strengthening its connection with the academic community.
