To assist the Funds Management Disbursements unit in the preparation, monitoring and releasing of checks, PCF and other disbursements related transactions. He/she is responsible also in the bank facilities requirements of the department such as accounts opening, updating and enrollment to various bank products.

• Prepares disbursement checks, Manager’s check applications, and wire transfer documents.
• Attends to suppliers' inquiries regarding payment schedule, monitors and releases checks to suppliers.
• SAP entry of payments
• Handles custodianship, disbursement, and monitoring of petty cash funds.
• Cash management facilities enrollment and updating of accounts.
• Prepares disbursements related reports.
• Other related tasks assigned by the immediate head.

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business course
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Knowledgeable in SAP
• Results-oriented and can work well under pressure
